Lifestyle Perks Program

C.H.E.K Institute-Trained Professionals are approved as providers in the Lifestyle Perks Program. Lifestyle Perks is a unique point reward and recognition program created by Alexion Assurance Company that returns wellness benefits to its members when the points are redeemed. It's like an airline frequent flyer program; once you enroll in a particular airline's program you earn miles or points each time you use the airline. You can either redeem the points for free flights or use them for other services, gift cards and so on.

The Lifestyle Perks Program works in a similar manner. Lifestyle Perks members can be anyone in the general public, including your current customers. They can also be employees from corporations that use Lifestyle Perks as their wellness spending account.

The C.H.E.K Institute has worked with Alexion so that all CHEK Institute Trained Professionals are recognized as approved Lifestyle Wellness Providers for the program. Depending on the level of enrollment you choose, this means you can:

      Accept Lifestyle Points Certificates in exchange for your products and services. Members can choose to redeem their points for a certificate worth a certain $$ amount. When the certificate is used to pay for your products and services, you are then reimbursed by the Perks program for the $$ amount listed on the certificate.

      Issue Lifestyle Points to your clients and patients when they use your services. In this way you are like the airline giving frequent flyer miles to customers when they travel with you. As a Lifestyle Wellness Provider, you can purchase an inventory of points to give away so your customers can increase their own Lifestyle Perks Points accounts when they buy products from you or use your services. This is also a great incentive to attract Lifestyle Perks members to become new clients!

      Become a referral source for the Lifestyle Perks Program and earn affiliate commissions. When you spread the word about the Program to other health and wellness providers, you will receive an affiliate commission on those who join as Providers in the Program.

This is a brand new program and we are excited to be able to offer you this opportunity to participate.
All Lifestyle Wellness Providers of all levels will be listed in the Perks Program database, for members and employees of participating corporations to search.

Basic enrollment costs nothing and you'll be listed on the Lifestyle Perks database. Or you can purchase points and use these an incentives for your clients!
