C.H.E.K Institute Renewal Information
Renewal time for 2010 is now over, but you can still regain your status with the C.H.E.K Institute by completing the Late Renewal Process.
*If you took your first CHEK Advanced Training Program in 2010, you do not have to complete the renewal process! You are already current.
Two Easy Options to Renew
With the Late Renewal Process you have two options to restore your standing as a C.H.E.K Institute-Trained Professional:
1 – Re-take the highest C.H.E.K Institute Advanced Training Program you have completed. You will receive a 50% discount on the cost of tuition. Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you choose this option.
OR
2 – Take a late Renewal Exam for each Advanced Training Program previously completed, at a cost of US$230 per exam, and pass each exam with a grade of 80% or higher. If you fail your exam(s) through the Late Renewal Process, each retake will cost US$230.
If you are Not Current but wish to renew now, click on the red button on the right of this page. Complete the forms and submit payment for your Renewal Exam(s). Renewal Exams are completed online through Desert Southwest Fitness. Information on how to complete the Renewal Exams will be sent to you, via e-mail, within 7 business days of the “Not Current Online Renewal Form” being completed and the payment being processed by the C.H.E.K Institute.
Why does the C.H.E.K Institute have a renewal program?
The purpose of the C.H.E.K Institute renewal program is to ensure recognized C.H.E.K Institute-trained Professionals demonstrate a commitment to expand their knowledge and enhance their professional competency. For this reason, recognized C.H.E.K Institute-trained Professionals are required to renew their Advanced Training every 2-years.

What happens if I fail to renew in 2010?
If you do not go through with your Renewal you will lose access to all the benefits listed above and you'll be required to proceed through the C.H.E.K Institute Late Renewal Process to restore your standing as a C.H.E.K Institute-Trained Professional.
What do I do if I did not renew last time in 2008?
If you failed to renew in 2008 you may proceed through our Late Renewal Process as described above.
