We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, PayPal, money orders, personal or company checks. All payments must be made in U.S. funds.

Please make checks or money orders payable to C.H.E.K Institute.

All orders must be pre-paid.

Purchases on credit are at the discretion of the company and will only be received upon receipt of a completed credit application form (available from our Accounting department).

California residents - sales tax will be added to your order at the current rate.
