How do I begin?
The program is quite simple. There are six steps:

1. Read the Operating Agreement and fill out the online application.
2. Await an authorization email (usually arrives within five minutes).
3. Log on to http://www.assoctrac.com/affiliate with your user name and password.
4. Go to Getting Started for easy instructions to help get underway.
5. Go to Creating Links, select a link for your site, and click Make My Code.
6. Cut and paste the source code into your Web site's source code.

How do I change my account information?
Log on to http://www.assoctrac.com/affiliate. Click Edit Your Account to make any changes.

Where can I find graphics?
HTML codes for banners that you can use are available on http://www.chekinstitute.com/affiliates/affiliates.htm. For graphics and images of specific products, you can download these straight from the website, by right-clicking on an image and saving it to your computer. If you need different graphics or images, please email the Institute's web manager at bpwalsh@chekinstitute.com.

How will my visitors place orders?
When the visitor to your Web site clicks on the link you have to www.chekinstitute.com, there is nothing else for you to do. After the customer comes to our Web site, we handle everything. If the customer has questions about the products, we answer them. We take care of the customer's order, processing their credit card, storing their order, shipping out their order, dealing with returns—everything. And we do it with our helpful, courteous, and efficient Customer Care Agents. At www.chekinstitute.com customers are number one, and this looks good for you and us.

How does the C.H.E.K Institute Affiliate Program track orders coming from visitors that came from my Web site?
When you get graphics from http://www.chekinstitute.com/affiliates, the code contains a special reference for your site. www.chekinstitute.com tracks this reference for all entrants to our site. As customers navigate and order, we can trace them to your partner site. In order to track sales from your website or links with your affiliate number, your customers have to have cookies enabled on their web browser. This is how the affiliate program tracks the purchases. If cookies are disabled on the customer’s computer, then there is no way of tracking the sales and therefore you will not receive commissions for these purchases.

How do I know how my site is doing?
Log on to http://www.assoctrac.com/affiliate and click Sales Summary. Here you can generate your own reports concerning traffic and revenue.

How much will I be paid?
The current commission structure is:

When someone orders, we track the sale through your affiliate ID and calculate the amount and give you the appropriate commission.

When will I be paid?
We pay our commissions on a quarterly basis. At the close of the month, we calculate the commissions and the checks are sent within 30 days of the close of the quarter. If the commission earned is less than US$15 we will not send payment, but roll forward the commission earned to the subsequent quarter.

Do I earn commission on sale products?
Whether the products are included as our special product of the month or not, we want to thank you for helping us build our business, so you get the same percentage commission.

Can I place orders through my own site?
Yes. In fact, we encourage it. You will receive credit and commission for any personal orders you place through your links. We know how much hard work you put into your site, and we want to let you know how much we appreciate your efforts.
