Start lying prone on a mat with arms and legs extended.
Hold a medicine ball in each hand out to a 45 degree angle
Slowly raise the arms and legs up in one fluid motion with little bend in the knees and elbows.
You can also do this exercise while bending your knees at a 90 degree angle to concentrate on the gluteus maximus more!
