New e-book by Paul Chek
Paul's latest publication, The Last 4 Doctors You’ll Ever Need—How to Get Healthy Now! takes advantage of the benefits of digital media and includes both audio and video clips within the e-book. So if you really don't like reading, you can listen to the audio and watch the sections of video. If you haven't experienced it yet, it is well worth the low price of $24.95 to get!

The idea of the 4 Doctors is one that Paul created by expanding on the ancient Greek concept of three doctors who were essential for wellness: Dr. Diet, Dr. Quiet and Dr. Happiness. Paul added the fourth, Dr. Movement, as 21st century life does not provide the exercise opportunities that existed in Greece 2500 years ago! This is a very simple solution to the many ills of modern society, although like many simple ideas, it is not always easy for everyone to put into practise! After all, most people know that some regular exercise is good for them, yet how many just get up and go for a walk?
